We use door-to-door courier shipping with tracking so you can see where your delivery is at any time.

Timelines

UK delivers are normally delivered within 1-2 working days of orders being placed. We will send you notification email when your ProperBox is packed and posted so you can track delivery.

Depending on the reliability of the local postal service during COVID-19,  remoteness of the address, seasonal weather, etc

We are very fortunate to say that all our overseas deliveries have arrived safely so far. Amazing, really, considering some of the remote islands and locations!
